Trained Voice Over Artist with several small projects finished. Skilled in Technical Support, English, Leadership, Microsoft Excel, and Education. Very technical minded and able to learn and adapt to new environments and skills quickly. Numerous in house awards given among previous job positions for my capabilities and strong technical prowess. Recovered many files and documentation thought lost from previous employee deleting all files. Developed training and FAQ website for in house use by technical staff. At current position I was cross trained on all responsibilities for one of our major clients, in showing my quick ability I was then assigned to assist on 2 other major clients, eventually leading to becoming effective team lead for my shift for these 2 clients. My knowledge and expertise lead to me also creating training documentation and instructional documents for current clients, allowing many new to the client to perform their duties at the basic level without formal training, which then was provided. I too created sheets and documentation for Standard operating procedures and order management that is currently used to better organize completing orders between shifts. Thanks directly to my help, a backlog of hundreds of orders was quickly and efficiently brought to normal operation.
