Working with other members of the management team to uphold the excitement and fun for our guests and owners on vacation. We collectively decide which activities to implement for each month, and ensure that all of our associates are trained on those activities so they can host them to the best of their abilities and ensure customer satisfaction. I currently have a team of 13 associates who report to me, and I assist them in the day to day as best as I can, or if any other events arise. I also do monthly inventory and create cost of goods reports for each recreation center to see how our financials are looking in correspondence to our budgets.
