Working with other members of the management team to uphold the excitement and fun for our guests and owners on vacation. We collectively decide which activities to implement for each month, and ensure that all of our associates are trained on those activities so they can host them to the best of their abilities and ensure customer satisfaction. I currently have a team of 13 associates who report to me, and I assist them in the day to day as best as I can, or if any other events arise. I also do monthly inventory and create cost of goods reports for each recreation center to see how our financials are looking in correspondence to our budgets.

I became responsible for a specific recreation center at the resort. I was responsible for the upkeep, ordering of product we needed, hosting all fitness related activities, and ensuring all the staff that worked there as well were properly trained.

Host guest activities at the resort, such as escape rooms, electric bike tours, pickle ball classes, and so much more! When there were no activities, we interacted with the guests to make sure they were having the best stay possible.

Work with other team members to unload delivery shipments of clothing and organize them onto the right palettes to be inbounded into the warehouse at their specific location. We also helped fill out online orders and make sure the right items were included and packaged properly.
