The first step to effective leadership is recognizing an individual's value, potential, and worth. Then, I implement processes that foster opportunities for future success. Great leaders believe individuals are valuable and deserve recognition for their achievements. This will be accomplished through my mentorship style of management, coaching, and up-skilling team members to exceed performance levels. My mindset breeds encouragement, not self-doubt or pressure, so team members can take risks to reach a higher potential than they ever thought possible. I'm am highly competitive, self-disciplined leader, and mentor who has been responsible for developing a management team and support staff that drive predictable revenue growth. As a general manager, I am accountable for daily operations, sales planning, setting team goals, market intelligence, and cross-functional communication throughout the organization. During my tenure we have launched 2 new stores with more to come, new product introductions, and set the standard in high quality fast casual restaurant. The importance of relationship building is a vital skill I have learned during my tenure as a general manager. A mentor instilled the value of creating and maintaining strong relationships with guests and peers. I maintain a sense of urgency with a policy of returning calls and emails within twenty-four hours or sooner. This commitment to the guests and industry peers has been a pillar of success that I credit for my achievements. In addition to my resume of work, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Colorado State University. When I'm not creating and delivering value to my guests and teams, I dedicate my time to my family, dog, and friends. Through my years of living in Colorado, I have developed a love for the great outdoors. Whether it be golfing or snowboarding, you can find me out there.
