Engaged in a week-long immersive program of informative sessions and interactive events regarding brand-building, marketing, and communications

- Planned and budgeted social events according to current trends in order to remain relevant and enhance members’ overall experience leading to overall higher levels of attendance and membership engagement throughout the year- Built relationships with other regional chapters and various campus organizations to foster future collaboration efforts resulting in weekly co-sponsored events - Developed new and innovative ways to safely host events during the start of the pandemic resulting in school-wide and regional Chapter recognition as being one of the few campus organizations to continue without interruption

- Partnered with local business owners to enhance existing marketing campaigns and generate original concepts to strengthen community outreach and brand perception leading to an increase in traffic to their websites and impressions across their social media platforms- Provided services such as conducting market research, overhauling social media content, hosting events and promotions, and/or designing digital and print advertising- Led various focus groups and composed campus questionnaires for the Dean of the School of Business to gauge student and faculty opinions on office outreach which resulted in the creation of consolidated communication efforts- Generated new clients and potential leads for future partnering opportunities by initiating and managing cold-calling sessions to local businesses
