The company policy is to never tell a customer "no", and to ensure that we can provide them with whatever they may need, so we had to make sure every order was properly communicated to the rest of the staff. Organization and efficiency were two things necessary to successfully coordinated catering and other events as well as complete orders for customers.

Working as a member of the grounds crew for the Barrington Golf Club in my hometown, I was assigned to work on different projects around the course. I would mow greens, rough, fairways, as well as maintaining the sand traps and fescue around water. I would give input on what needed to be worked on in our staff meetings every morning. This job allowed me to stay outside and maintain a safe distance during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a member of the management staff for the MWTBL, I helped coordinate a work schedule for about 20 other student employees. I also worked the scorers table, for the league that consisted of about 30 teams across 3 grade levels, recording stats of players and scores of the games and then updated the standings after each week before playoffs.
