I have worked in the Financial and Insurance industry for over 16 years and have learned much about both industries as well as management of employees. I am a person who enjoys people. Not just being around people, but helping them. I get a lot of joy from helping others both in a managerial and professional role as well on a personal level. I am a firm believer that people make an organization great and that people need other people to show their best potential. I enjoy fostering others talents because it helps to exemplify my own.I am also an avid writer. I feel that it helps me both personally and professionally by keeping my communication skills sharp and allowing for personal expression in a constructive way. I believe that everyone should have a passion outside of work and I am proud that writing is mine.I would say that I enjoy exercise, but sadly I do not. This does not mean I don't work out. In fact I work out no less than 3 days a week. I feel it is important to mention this because often in life we need to do things we would rather not. When I do workout I like to do it with others. It gets back to team work and helping other people which is a passion of mine. Pushing people to be their best makes me do the same.
