● Responsible for taking orders in person and over the phone, making the orders in a timely manner, and cashing out customers● Assisted in deescalating situations where the customer was upset or frustrated, as well as helping fix any issues that customers had● Responsible for closing the restaurant multiple nights, which involves closing out the register, making sure all equipment is shut off properly, and that all doors are locked● Helped train new employees on how to properly make orders and assist customers with their orders

This undergraduate research assistant position was done through a research team class at Ithaca College.As a lab, we focused on investigating the effects of mild traumatic brain injury on alcohol drinking behaviors using a rat model of adolescence. Responsibilities included:-Managing data entry and analysis-Video scoring-Weekly maintenance of our ongoing studies (e.g. weighing animals, marking tails, filling/weighing water bottles)-Conducting literature searches, presentations, and discussions-Administering motor and behavioral assays, such as rotarod, novel object recognition, and elevated plus maze-Presenting our research at conferences and events, such as the Society for Neuroscience 2019 conference, the Faculty for Undergraduate Neuroscience 2019 meeting, and the Whalen Academic Symposium 2019
