As a collection of companies, the "studios" must align to consistently deliver high quality products. The Creative Productions team was a personal venture created out of need for improvement in our delivery, and based on the belief that the most successful creative projects come from an open, trusting, and truly collaborative environment.

Monarch School is a year-round coeducational therapeutic, academic, and creative arts boarding school in northwest Montana. As Program Director I was responsible for cultivating a dynamic and nurturing culture that empowered students, families, and staff to achieve. Student and staff development was a daily practice, and at the core of my work. In addition, I was accountable to all program areas including life skills, vocational crews, and outdoor adventures. I was also responsible for day and evening school management, ensuring both consistency across shifts and the effective management of day-to-day logistics.

Managed complex projects in the Pacific Northwest and California with multiple stakeholders: local, state, federal, and indigenous governments; public and private businesses; and local community members and organizations. Also acted as Site Hydrologist for soil and groundwater reclamation projects within Washington state, managing the reclamation and monitoring efforts, and data analysis and reporting for each site.
