Specialize in full life cycle recruiting for the Applied Sciences, Professional Services and Healthcare industries for the largest Hospital and Health Services Groups in the DC, MD, and Northern Virginia area.- Partners and collaborates with management to understand job qualifications and candidate fit- Develops recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools- Evaluates and screens candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements by evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate- Coordinates interviews, negotiates offers, and coordinates hires. - Assists in managing client expectations through clear and responsive oral and written communication. - Negotiates wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates- Completes necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks, background checks, drug tests, and any necessary occupational health requirements- Manages contract employees while on assignment- Assess and investigate contractor performance feedback, and administers performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary
