The technical skills were then applied in an analysis of phone queue time for one of the world’s largest pharmacy chains with guidance from senior decision scientists. My reputation for collaboration and communications was recognized throughout the training.Since leaving India, I have worked with a networking company on a predictive model to determine at risk service contracts; an apparel and footwear retailer to deliver targeted audience communications throughout their app suite and I’m currently with the same retailer developing Tableau reports for their digital marketplace.
