I am the Crime Analyst for the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, Criminal Investigations Division. I assist daily with complex criminal investigations ranging from cryptocurrency fraud to homicide. Utilizing all the tools available to me, I aim to streamline the investigation process to provide timely and professional aid to both Investigators and the public. I belive staying ahead of technological trends is key to identifying new threats as well as new tools. From automating outdated process to conducting R & D on new hardware packages, learning to utilize all the tools available is an important part of my sucess as a Crime Analyst. As part of this mission, I worked closely with other county assets to develop and implement a real time crime CAD dashboard for the JCSO. I aim to implement facets of a RTCC approach in both patrol functions and investigations. When not running stats or chasing leads, I also assist the JCSO with the development and deployment of covert/overt camera systems and asset tracking devices that aid in public safety. I love to bring in my passion for 3D printing and design into the workplace and have successfully envisioned and deployed custom solutions into the field. I am proud to announce I was selected as the 2023 professional staff of the year for the JCSO CID division. I strive to continue to provide a high level of service to the JCSO, other professionals in the field, and most importantly the public.
