Responsible for line notes, props handling and backstage operations as well as set up and break down of rehearsal space.

In this position I served as the communication contact was responsible for organizing schedules, meetings, workshops and materials and working with each towns local contact to prepare for a productive week of teaching and performing with up to 64 new kids each week.

As a promotions staff member I was responsible for communicating with sales representatives and clients regarding event details and following through on deadlines. Office responsibilities- creating signage and written copy for promotional events, data basing winner info, calling contestants and various businesses, brainstorming fun/ interactive promotional activities, picking up/dlivening prizes
