I joined with Journeys in 2015. Started as a part-time sales associate, looking for an opportunity to prove myself. Shoes were definitely not a thing I cared about (I like them a lot more now lol) but what sold me on the job was the competitive culture with a mindset of WINNING. With Journeys, I understood that what I really wanted was an opportunity to inspire others to do the same as a leader in the field.
