As a member of Center of Excellence department within the delivery organization, my job responsibilities include the following:-Manage Relationships with Strategic System Integration Partners - document gaps in training and plan enablement sessions accordingly-Train both internal project managers and SI Partners on Phenom Product, and implementation process-Design course content in Docebo Learning Management System-Create and update product onboarding documentation to be used by our technical program managers and system integration partners. -Audit active projects for adherence to process

-Liaison between product and delivery teams-Drives maturity and scalability of early product-Creates and enhances process for onboarding clients -Responsible for enabling internal and client teams on onboarding process, and product knowledge-Develop and document use cases and consult client teams on best practices-Collaborate with Knowledge Management teams to inform training courses for clients and internal stakeholders-Update product documentation in our user community for clients and internal stakeholders

Operations and reportingo Responsible for creating data visualizations in tableau to display 6-week and 12-month trends on customer health metrics such as escalated customers, experience score, NPS score, executive connection and more. o Developed complex algorithms to filter down to relevant data pointso Engineered deep dive analysis dashboards for further data explorationProduct subject matter expert (SME) for Phenom Schedulingo Integral in building out the advisory services department, which handles client implementations of products in beta. o Became the first early product subject matter expert (SME) to support implementations for this group. o Acted as a resource for project managers that are implementing the interview scheduling product. o Enabled enterprise level clients and internal teams with live product demonstrationso Drives client deliverables and coordinates cross functional technical teams internally to support integrations. o Collaborates on solutioning protocols to address client escalations for Phenom scheduling.
