Oversee the collection and analyzation of HIV surveillance for the state of Indiana. I work closely with the HIV epidemiologist, case managers, and disease intervention specialists to track HIV infection rates, and make recommendations on possible interventions. I also serve as the data manager for the Medical Monitoring Project in Indiana, and develop visual reports to track recruitment efforts.

Position at local county health department under the direction of the mosquito control specialist. I completed a series of tasks that resulted in the mitigation of the mosquito population, and prevention of the West Nile Virus. In this internship I worked with and supervised others, and used an array of highly specialized equipment.

I worked under the direction of the Health Educator for the Hamilton County Health Department where I participated in the COVID-19 response, and developed educational materials for the local residents on a number of different health topics.
