Evan Collier is a Legislative Policy Analyst with the New Jersey Hospital Association, where he focuses on healthcare policy. In this capacity, he utilizes his extensive experience from his time as Chief of Staff to a member of the New Jersey State Assembly. His deep understanding of the legislative process, coupled with his expertise in state policy advocacy, positions him as a key player in advancing healthcare initiatives that benefit hospitals across New Jersey.Beyond his work in policy, Evan is dedicated to athletics and coaching. He serves as the Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach as well as the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Saint Elizabeth University. During the 2023-2024 season, his first year coaching basketball, Evan helped lead the team to its first-ever divisional championship victory over Wilson College. His impact on the track and field program has been equally significant, where he continues to mentor and develop student-athletes.Evan is also certified in Mental Health First Aid, further emphasizing his commitment to holistic leadership—whether on the field, the court, or in the realm of public policy.
