I have spent 11+ years as a dedicated and passionate law enforcement professional, most recently with the WA Police Force Homicide Squad. I have investigated a range of matters including high-profile homicide, complex fraud & corruption, organised crime, and sex crime. My experience as a dogged and thorough investigator is grounded by experience as a country Police Officer, where the skills of communication, transparency, and fairness were indispensable. I continue to maintain a disciplined approach to the improvement of my own tradecraft and leadership skills. Recently, I am proud to have founded a wellness initiative for the first responder community - the first of it's kind in Western Australia. The initiative hopes to maintain and improve well-being of first responders through creative expression by holding workshops such as woodwork, ceramics and art. I have gained considerable experience in project management by delivering this WA first program.
