Responsible for daily running and supervision of OEM Operational procurement group within the Supply Chain Group. Reporting directly to the Operational Procurement Manager.Through the Senior buyer and two other buyers I ensure orders are placed on OEM suppliers in a timely manner within forecast costs and expedite to ensure required deliveries are met.Constantly monitor suppliers ‘On Time' delivery and quality standards and take appropriate action to improve the statistics if required.Attend ‘War Room' meetings in Test and Assembly to report on delivery status for work in progress and future work and also resolve problems which arise and could affect the production schedule.Assist other departments as required.

Responsible for daily routines with other analysts within the Materials department. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager.Ensure timely creation of all documentation to allow smooth flow of purchase/supply to meet production demands.Create new working flow plans to ensure all relevant departments are working to the same common goal.Adjust stock inventory to cover workloads keeping overall costs to a minimum.Work closely with other departments to ensure strict adherence to contract programmes.Assist all departments with problems as required.
