My role at 3D Systems has spanned a broad spectrum of responsibilities collaborating with clients across numerous industries to refine CAD designs for both prototyping and production. This experience has exposed me to an extensive array of design styles and 3D software platforms, from anthropomorphic shapes designed to fit the human body to intricate mechanical models supporting companies' aspirations for space.I have gained hands-on experience with every 3D printing technology offered by 3D Systems, including SLA, SLS, DMP, MJP, CJP, DLP, PSLA, and more. Over the years, I have contributed to teams developing pioneering hardware and software tools, blending practical knowledge with innovative design.Specializing in complex CAD work, my expertise ranges from Class A modeling to custom lattice structures that simulate soft tissues that contour to the human form. I’ve partnered with clients globally across many industiries to build workflows that combine advanced design software with the latest manufacturing techniques.Beyond design, I have supported marketing and sales initiatives, provided technical guidance on our hardware and software, set up labs, given webinars and lectures, and managed logistics and shipping, bringing a well-rounded approach to my contributions at 3D Systems.

My Responsibilities at 3DSystems have included but are not limited to; helping clients optimize their products for the various types of additive manufacturing processes. My specialty is design for additive but I am also very experienced with the print process controls across the multiple printing technologies. The varying types of technologies include SLA, SLS, DMP, FDM, MJP, CJP, and DLP. I also have extensive experience with the research and development of new printing techniques and strategies, as well as new material development for DLP printers. Other responsibilities I have had include; product conception and renderings, lab set up and management, sales, technical support, printer maintenance, cleaning and post processing of printer parts, logistics, and shipping.I have represented 3D Systems on multiple occasions both lecturing and giving work shops across the nation on the topic of designing for additive manufacturing. The lectures and events are listed below.I am proficient in a range of parametric and non-parametric CAD programs, topological optimization and thermal transfer software, and Mesh molding software.
