As the Managing Director of a fully integrated global real estate investment company, Evan supervised acquisitions debt placement and asset management in the commercial real estate market. KW’s international operations extend throughout the U.S., Japan, and Europe with a market cap of $2.5B with $16B assets including retail, industry, housing, and hospitality under management. In this role, He also: ► Managed between $500M and $1B in commercial real estate investments after initial acquisition.► Lead investment deals and negotiations and participate in development and redevelopment across the portfolio.► Prepare quantitative analysis including operating models, cash flow projections, budgets, and new acquisition underwriting.Major Investments and Operations Management Include:► Acquired and Asset Manage 300ksq ft of historic commercial real estate in San Francisco’s Financial District by supervising construction, leasing, and property management teams as well as the retrofit and renovations.► Supervise 600K sq ft corporate campus occupied by Fortune 500 clients, Microsoft and Costco; manage construction, properties group, analysts, and brokerage teams.► Led asset management for two corporate headquarter buildings in Beverly Hills, CA with 3rd party tenants. Oversaw day porters, security, property managers, analysts, and brokers and grew NOI, occupancy, and asset stabilization by securing the largest tenant, Imagine Entertainment, in 2016. ► Spearheaded asset stabilization for the 2nd largest lease to renew project for commercial real estate in Denver, CO. ► Spearheaded asset stabilization for the 2nd largest lease to renew project for commercial real estate in Suburban Washington. ► Spearheaded asset stabilization for one of the largest leases in San Francisco for 2018 to stabilize the asset 24 months ahead of the business plan.
