As part of the Vision Team, I was one of a group of organization development experts working with IMCW to develop a plan for the future as the community anticipates significant changes. I lead a number of focus groups and was on the data analysis team; I also interviewed similar organizations around the country to learn of their best practices in fundraising and budgeting.

I was a member of the fundraising team preparing to launch a capital campaign to build a school in Haiti. My focus was on researching and cultivating prospective corporate donors.

Hunter Mill District, Fairfax County, Virginia

In consultation with the Candidate, Campaign Manager, and other staff, I developed and executed a plan for a winning field operation: to canvass and identify as many supporters as possible in the Hunter Mill District leading up to the June 11 primary election. In a highly competitive field of five candidates, our campaign won a decisive victory.I personally rang about 3,000 doorbells in the district, which enabled me to identify issues on voters' minds, ensuring that I could effectively train other canvassers and also interface with the campaign leadership team to maintain dynamic responses in the field. I supervised the Volunteer Coordinator and identified, motivated and retained dedicated volunteers who worked knocking doors, assisting with mailings, making phone calls, conducting get-out-the-vote (GOTV) efforts and other related activities.I managed the field organization and ensured robust planning and execution for canvassing, absentee ballot and GOTV efforts.
