I have have had the privilege of growing up in a different culture allowing me to not only become bilingual but bi-cultural. This has broaden my view in life and I have always enjoyed working with people and problem solving. My life has been full of experiences that have taught me a lot and has given me the tools to move forward, to challenge myself and find a way to make things happen. My current job has me managing employees to meet the needs of the jobs at hand. I deal a lot with the logistics and coordination of loading marine vessels where I am the liaison between the vessel, workers and the warehouse providing the product to be loaded. Here I need to develop the loading plan, ensure that it is followed, make departure goals and ensure that everyone works efficiently to get this done. I have lots of experience in coordination people and event planning/execution. This has led me to find ways to work efficiently and empower others to do so as well. On top of this I have worked with different age groups as well as cultures since a young age. I have a B.S. degree in business management with project management focus.
