I provided the administrative backbone for this staffing startup; establishing many of the processes/systems necessary to function day-to-day, while poised for growth.Marketing functions included copywriting for promotional materials, hiring events, training, and presentations.Financial functions included payroll, A/P & A/R, invoicing, budgeting, projections, etc.HR functions included compliance with Govt regulations, insurance compliance/audits, hiring & firing procedures, etc.We grew from 1 to over 200 temporary/permanent employees during my management.
