Microchip Co-Op program has an exciting opportunity to work with our High-Reliability Manufacturing Engineering teams. Our co-op program is designed to give you real-world engineering responsibilities and actively contribute amongst a variety of engineering disciplines and role functions which may involve design, manufacturing, materials, production, and process engineering. During your co-op program, you will have ownership of at least one large project or two to three smaller projects that will contribute to improving manufacturing performance. You will have the experience-rich opportunity to assist our engineers with other assignments. At the end of the program, you will close out your project(s) by documenting your work and giving a presentation to the engineering team: your initial program expectations, a summary of your project work, and feedback regarding your overall experience with the co-op program.
