Innovation Management Consultant
Current- Consult with identified stakeholders around innovation management (pre-commercializationand innovation pathways) for AHS that addresses business challenges or industry issues andrecommends processes, resources, tools or service improvements to facilitate innovationwithin the organization.- Work with multiple business and project stakeholders to understand business/organizationalneeds related to innovation, define the scope of projects, monitor project progress and providestatus reports.- Drafting project related documentation (project charters, deliverables, resource requirementsand budgets.- Developing detailed project work plans, revising to meet changing needs.- Managing project schedules, assigning project tasks and collaborating with others to achieveproject deliverables and objectives.- Documenting, monitoring and addressing issues and risks, escalating up where needed anddeveloping/recommending innovative solutions to these issues based on a broad and complexknowledge base.- Demonstrating project management rigour and sharing PM knowledge to build organizationalunderstanding and appreciation of PM.- Build business area knowledge to enable detailed and complex discussions with stakeholders.
