I’m currently an Engineering Manager for Component Engineering in the Space Systems Sector of Northrop Grumman. Our group is comprised of Subject Matter Experts of EEEE components who provide technical guidance and support throughout the lifecycles of various programs interacting with design, procurement, I&T and production teams. We provide independent, objective consultation and guidance to mitigate risk and maximize performance and manufacturability. Previously, I worked as a Principal Engineer at Northrop Grumman in Standards Engineering. We facilitate and collaborate with Design Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure proper component selection and uniformity in manufacturing processes across multiple programs. As a Subject Matter Expert(SME), I was the technical lead engineer for supplier qualifications to special processes for wire harness and cable fabrication. Additionally, I was a technical advisor on various air vehicle programs regarding parts/components as well as manufacturing processes.Prior to working at Northrop Grumman, I was the Engineering Manager of Space Programs for Cicon Engineering Inc. I was the first point of contact between manufacturing and customers to ensure top customer service quality. All non-conformance and issues are dealt with in timely, efficient, professional manner with customers. With my technical and customer service expertise, I was able to communicate effectively and clearly to our customers to resolve issues promptly. I oversaw, in conjunction with the VP of Operations, a 100+ manufacturing team which produces at a High Mix-High Volume rate for our customers. We continually worked toward lean and efficient manufacturing while producing the highest quality of product and ensuring on time delivery to our customers.Prior to working at Cicon Engineering, I was Senior Store Manager for Sunglass Hut in Boulder, CO. Over my 7 year tenure, I was responsible for delivering an ultimate customer experience while coaching and training my staff. We were a high volume store delivering $800k in total sales for 2014 and in the beginning of 2015 delivering double digit comps. Before becoming store manager, I was honored to be able to work in many high volume store sets usually accompanied with regional trainers being based out of those stores. I take pride in my work.
