Evan’s diverse healthcare experience in and outside of consulting enables him to win the trust and confidence of health system and university executive and physician leaders. In his 15 year career in the healthcare industry, he has worked closely with AMCs, children’s hospitals, and community health systems on their strategy and business planning initiatives. He is based in ECG’s Boston office and is a senior member of ECG’s Academic Healthcare Division and leads ECG’s Children’s service line. Evan regularly assists organizations with complex and politically charged initiatives, and his primary areas of expertise include hospital-physician integration, strategic financial planning, and partnership planning. He has led engagements focused on designing hospital-to-hospital partnerships, creating strategic plans, crafting academic affiliation agreements, designing and implementing integrated physician organizations, negotiating multispecialty Professional Services Agreements, and developing faculty compensation plans.
