As the Lead Project Manager for Concreate, my role is to take projects from the signing of the contract and bring them to project completion, both on budget and with complete customer satisfaction. I have had great success in this role, completing an average of $3 million dollars per year in project value, with the largest project being over $600k in value. My projects are consistently on or under budget, and receive high praise from both residential customers and commercial General Contractors for their timeliness with schedule and quality of product. My role also includes handling change orders, reviewing contract scopes, submitting GC requested RFI's, and billing each project on a monthly basis. I divide my time between office work and site work, and am very comfortable both in and out of the field, with hundreds of hours spent on jobsites ranging from small residential projects to multi-acre sized nationally known General Contractor jobs.

As an Associate Underwriter, I was the point of contact for all Energy related business for a 7 state territory. My main job was to collect accurate data on an insurable risk, evaluate that data, and provide Commercial Insurance quotes and indications based off the customers needs and required insurance protocols. I would answer any and all questions or concerns the customer had, and adjust to any changes or required amendments. I provided excellent client support to dozens of brokerage firms and agents each day, and provided insurance options for companies with revenues ranging from $50,000 up to $100M. In utilizing my professionalism, solid customer service knowledge, and grasp of the insurance industry, I was able to develop strong relationships with brokers to better serve their needs.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, my role revolved around strong analytical skills, proven risk assessment abilities, and excellent customer support. My jobs included assessing and quoting new accounts, re-marketing current policies to provide competitive coverage and insure renewal business, and rating and processing premium bearing endorsements. I worked with up to 100 individual agents each day, collecting data on risks, answering coverage and form related questions, and providing required documents and information in a timely manner. To this position I brought my knowledge and confidence with property insurance and ASL's Personal Lines products. I generated an average monthly renewal retention of 84%(well above the 70% target), quoted and bound 100s of policies, and developed strong and lasting relationships with agents through quality customer service.

The position of Assistant Account Manager was my introduction to my career in Property and Casualty Insurance. In this role, I assisted the Account Managers and Underwriters in analyzing, quoting, binding, and invoicing new and renewal policies. I also was responsible for handling non premium endorsements, communicated and assisted customers with questions, endorsements, and payments, sending out carrier renewal quotes, and assisting other departments in providing the best customer service possible.

As the District Executive for 8 , and then later 12, counties of the Heart of Virginia Council, it was my responsibility to oversee the growth of Scouting in my territory. To that end, I implemented plans to increase our fund-raising and donations, recruit youth and adults to the program, and to grow Scoutings relationship with the local community and its leaders. I operated as the point of contact for all Scouting related issues and proposals, meeting with local religious and civic leaders, and even congressional campaign managers. My leadership lead to an growth of over 14% in recruitment, one of the largest increases in the East Coast, and a solid increase in our fund-raising totals. I also organized many donation and community events, camps, and recognition ceremonies that were attended by up to 140 people.
