Following a sharp ascent from Server to Managing Partner with Chili’s Bar & Grill, my introduction to multi-unit leadership arose in 2019 when I was recruited by best-in-class QSR, sweetgreen. The opportunity surfaced when my former Market Director at Chili’s transitioned to sweetgreen and was seeking to onboard a new Area Leader ahead of anticipated pre-COVID NYC expansion.
