I have over 16 years of experience specializing in wetland delineation, habitat assessments, waters and wetland permitting, threatened and endangered (T&E) species protection, and T&E permitting. Conducted Clean Water Act Section 404/408 and Rivers & Harbors Act Section 10 permitting as well as non-environmental permitting through MDOT and the county for erosion control.Electric Transmission - KentuckyProject proposed two new 345kV Transmission lines. Providing Clean Water Act Section 401 and 404 permitting, as well as NPDES, SWPPP, local stormwater permitting, desktop wetland and surface water identification, oversight of wetland delineation, protected species habitat assessments, and cultural field surveys.Illinana Corridor EISThe Illiana Corridor was a proposed 50-mile access controlled highway connecting I-65 and I-55 developed in partnership between the Illinois and Indiana Departments of Transportation.
