Completing my Bachelor of Commerce in Management in 2021 while simultaneously beginning my position as a CR04 with the CBSA, I am constantly learning and using my skills in organization, communication, analyzation and more to provide administrative support over an array of topics within the law enforcement environment of the CBSA.Always looking to grow and continue adding to my knowledge and skills, I am able to adapt and change rapidly within high stress environments efficiently and effectively providing excellent support and guidance when needed. Utilizing my skill base, I am able to look into issues and determine the most probable cause and potential approaches to the issue at hand. From financial management utilizing SAP and accounting programs, researching applicable laws, legislation and policies, communicating with multiple stakeholders over many issues I ensure operation s run smoothly while maintaining confidentiality and privacy of those involved. Eventually being moved to the DR05 Enforcement Asistant posiution for one year, I effectively coordinated the documentation, input and tracking of multiple files. I would prepare packages for officers that met international standard, provide administrative support to the office, manage and edit files, input and track data utilizing multiple programs and more. Currently my role with the CBSA allows me to be involved in numerous aspects from procurement, financial assistance/management, effective communication, inventory tracking and management and many other facets. This coupled with my education and previous employment in industrial setting , allows me to view situations and offer unique solutions to almost any request.
