CurrentAs a General Manager I am responsible for everything including quality of execution, profitability, people decisions, business planning, building maintenance and environment, upholding health and safety standards, strategic initiatives and above all, hospitality.Everything starts with people so the most important part of my role is in recruiting, hiring, training and developing others. I have proven success in being able to recruit talented people and develop them into best in class leaders and restaurateurs. I have built multiple teams for multiple locations that are filled with dynamic and diverse people who produced some of the companies best results. I am responsible for creating the vision and goals for the team that will lead them to success and inspire them to challenge the status quo and continue to strive for something greater.The responsibility to the company's Profit & Loss has developed my ability to build budgets, create detailed business plans and create flawless systems that support a team to achieve high level results. One example is being number 1 in the company for sales and guest count increase in 20223. Other contributions to profits include management of the "cost of goods", in which my store was number one in the company for "food cost", managing vendor relationships, managing accounts payable and managing labour systems.The greatest responsibility is in creating hospitality. This happens by committing to the experience that people have in the restaurant and creating a feeling that they are completely taken care of. I know how to build a team that cares about people, speaks confidently and customizing experiences to leave people wanting to come back.
