Including in-game bench management, applying analytical research, as well as direct player recruitment, evaluation, and development to progress players to NCAA, CIS, Major Junior and pro. Facilitating to build and administer training camps, community involvement initiatives, and team events.

Helping to organize and oversee operations of Spartan Hockey camps for players novice to junior age. Working along side NHL Skill coaches, Lead instructor for team practices, individual and group skill sessions.

Implementing a three year operations strategy for the organization. Overseeing the day to day hockey operations, recruitment of players, player movement, evaluating and developing players to continue their careers in Jr A, Major Junior, University/College. Organizing and running Training Camps, Practices, Skill Sessions, and Team Building activities. Continuing to progress each players individual abilities within the team concept, implementing systems and strategies, bench management during games, community involvement, communicating with players, their families, fans and media on a daily basis.
