Since first attending this wilderness adventure with my son in 2010, I have served as a volunteer, project manager, assistant director, and I currently sit on the board of directors. We operate courageous adventure camps through the summer and winter in the wild foothills of Alberta. This experience has honed my leadership skills in unique ways, reinforcing my ability to guide teams of volunteers and participants through challenging situations. It is a year-round obsession and an honour to serve.
