Hello! My name is Evan McVay and I am a 4th year student athlete here at John Carroll University. I am currently finishing up my studies in Marketing and Supply Chain Managment. As a student athlete, I prioritize time management as well as communication skills. I have the honor to say that I am a two-time all-conference running back for the football team here, and I would not be able to say that without my work ethic and determination to be the best in everything that I do. Through being a student athlete, I have learned the importance of communication and leadership, as well as competitiveness. I have always been competitive growing up so when I am faced with competition, I am more than driven to overcome it. The Boler Business program here at John Carroll has properly prepared me for life after college, I know that I am ready to strive in the business world and it is all thanks to the business program. I believe playing a sport in college has also prepared me for the real world, as it has forced me to learn time management skills, as well as leadership. I could not be more grateful for the lessons I have learned through my tenure here at John Carroll university.
