Served as interim finance manager of the Services & Consumables portfolio ($1B P&L) per request of business unit General Manager and CFO. Executed GE HealthCare’s first Earnings as a standalone business while providing support for Investor Relations functions such as consensus modeling, question and answer preparation with senior leadership, and financial tie-outs across all earnings documents (press release, presentation, script, and key messages).

Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States

Worked with global manufacturing and region inventory leaders to reduce excess inventory and implement standard processes for GE Healthcare’s Ultrasound segment. Participated in Kaizen events with segment leaders domestically and internationally.

Forecasted working capital accounts and accruals for GE Healthcare’s US and Canada regions. Tracked daily cash operational activity to improve key metrics including collections rate, past due receivables percentage, unbilled days, and days sales outstanding.

Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States

Managed $10M P&L at a CT and XRAY systems manufacturing plant. Partnered with Operations and Engineering teams to develop cost analytics, identify productivity opportunities, and drive operational efficiencies.

Columbus, Ohio Area

Worked at the James Cancer Hospital and Solove Research Institute on the Operations Improvement team with exposure to quality, patient safety, process improvement, accreditation and regulatory affairs, patient satisfaction, and infection control. Provided clerical work and project management support within the James Quality and Patient Safety Department.

Cleveland/Akron, Ohio Area

Implemented pricing strategies for manufacturing and distribution businesses. Provided profit improvement recommendations through price management consulting. Created models and templates for clients through data visualization programs to detail revenue and margin opportunities.

Assisted the daily tasks and organization of the administrative office for the Center of Applied Plant Sciences. Reviewed budgets of grant proposals and reported analyses to the head of the department. Pulled monthly budget and purchase request reports and delivered the reports to the fiscal associate.

Provided daily technical support to 60 partnering organizations in the Down Syndrome community for the social enterprise. Coordinated and led a sponsorship project to improve the fundraising efforts for each partner. Conducted research on media and news outlets in partnering cities to help promote future events.

Led and managed a park site providing 30 lunches to children in the community each day. Attended weekly meetings to deliver reports from the site to supervisors and fellow site leaders. Completed and volunteered for signature events, such as Produce Day and Weekend Backpacks.
