I assisted the Foundation to move to the next level of its development and to hire its next permanent professional leader. By creating the necessary infrastructure and facilitating board decision-making, Casa Foundation will grow into the primary organization promoting quality end-of-life care in Tucson and Southern Arizona through critical financial support of supplemental services for people receiving hospice care and community education on the value of early end of life decision-making.

Created national membership association of independent philanthropists and family foundations, dedicated to advancing the growth and quality of Jewish philanthropy through more effective grantmaking to both Jewish and secular causes. Built membership to 800 members, representing 300 philanthropic families and foundations.

Supervised a network of campus-based, city-wide and regional programs covering eight campuses and 18,000 college students.

Responsible for community planning and allocations to over 50 local service agencies, as well as national and oversees organizations.
