At Bohler Inc., my responsibilities included preparing commercial and residential concepts and site plans. This includes setting up existing base information, often from three dimensional surveys and as-built data, creating proposed base drawings from hand drawn sketches and markups from project engineers, and ensuring that the general appearance of our site plans was clear and professional.I was also responsible for preparing conceptual layouts for program clients such as 7-Eleven, Wawa, Walmart and Sheetz. These concepts include preliminary grading and utility layouts, earthwork analysis, and coordination with clients to suit their specific site needs. I also generated photo-realistic renderings, regional maps, color site plans, and 3D elevation drawings using PhotoShop and Illustrator. These illustrations are regularly used for jurisdictional hearings, sales presentations, and newspaper articles. Additionally, my responsibility as a Senior CAD Designer was to provide onsite support and training for CAD staff and Engineers, assisting with implementation of corporate CAD standards, and general oversight for Junior CAD Designers. I have had a fulfilling career with Bohler, but with the unfortunate events surrounding Covid 19, the company was forced to cut staff.

At Urban Engineering, my responsibilities included drafting both commercial and residential site plans. This included setting up existing base information from surveys and as-built data, creating proposed base drawings and profiles from hand drawn sketches and markups from project engineers, and ensuring that the general appearance of our site plans was clear and professional. I primarily used Autodesk Land Desktop at the time. I was also responsible for onsite CAD support for drafters and engineers, and produced illustrations and site exhibits using Photoshop and CorelDraw software.

Primary duties included drafting and design, plan submissions, signage postings, client coordination, and various other administrative tasks.

Prepared site plans for a design/build corporation. Using AutoCAD release 14, I did the necessary linework, revisions, and converted sketches into technical plans and illustrations.
