Evan is a lifelong learner who is passionate about building diverse, high-performing teams, driving organizational change, and serving the community. As the Director of Change Management at Nestlé, Evan leads a team responsible for enterprise business transformation. In this role, Evan drives organizational change by overseeing change management on the largest scale, most complex, and highest priority organizational change initiatives. Programs include Generative AI and the Future of Work, eCommerce, Post-Merger integrations, and many other transformations that fundamentally change how Nestlé works, operates, and delivers to consumers. Evan is also leading efforts to elevate and advance organizational change management capabilities. He is 1 of approximately 2,000 people globally who is a Level 2 certified Prosci Change Management Instructor and oversees programming to build change management and leadership competencies. Prior to joining Nestlé, Evan launched a change management practice at a boutique consulting firm specializing in artificial intelligence. Evan oversaw a portfolio of nearly 25 business transformation initiatives across many diverse stakeholders, industries, and markets. Evan also led digital transformations at Salesforce including supporting a global health leader during the height of the pandemic. He was a key figure launching BDO Public Sector’s Management Consulting practice which focused on business transformation and strategy projects. In this role, Evan built strategy and marketing, internal infrastructure, and led and developed the team. Evan earned his MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, his Master’s in Education from Pace University, and his Bachelor’s from Connecticut College where he also serves as an Emeritus Trustee. He has served in leadership roles on 5 boards and served in Teach For America (TFA), having taught for 4 years in the South Bronx. Evan lectures globally on change management, business transformation, and social impact, regularly publishes thought leadership articles, and is the author of Case In Point: Government and Nonprofit and Case In Point: Crafting Your Consulting Career. Evan lives in Brookland, Washington, D.C with his wife and daughter.
