Conducted competitive analysis of companies to find out locations, revenues, and lease expirations to help brokers know which clients to pursue and how to pursue them. Consolidated publicly available information and proprietary data that supplied brokers with in-depth analysis that gave insight into various potential clients. Created a repeatable process to update and track our broker’s proper licensing and send them reminders when licenses needed to be renewed. Maintained Mohr Partners’ corporate broker license in each applicable state.

Directed, organized, and lead the day-to-day operations of weekday class schedules and weekend leagues for 200 + children. Managed and assisted 8 classes of roughly 15 children ages 2 to 6 in feeling comfortable with learning about fitness and soccer through a story time-based program. Connected and grew relationships with parents over the 8-week weekend leagues and was able to personally retain a vast majority of children for the upcoming leagues. Communicated with preschool directors about class schedules and conversed about individual children’s behaviors and progressions.

I was an ambassador for the Love Your Melon brand and the mission is to put a hat on the head of every child battling cancer as well as supporting nonprofit organizations who lead the fight against pediatric cancer. I was the secretary of the Hardin-Simmons crew and I was responsible for making sure every member had the required amount of points and was actively spreading the word about Love Your Melon.
