Instruct approximately 75 kids per year, ages 6-12 around the community, on the fundamentals of swimming. Demonstrate leadership through the instruction of classes with a 5:1 student to instructor ratio. Teach stroke progression through a series of interconnected drills and swimming techniques.

Seasonal Employment. I worked through the Red Cross teaching swimming lessons as well as worked at our community outdoor pool as a lifeguard. I worked together with 16 other individuals on our staff to manage and keep safe anywhere between 5 - 375 people at a time with only 5 lifeguards present.
