I am a recent graduate from Cal Poly Humboldt, from which I received a B.S. in Computer Science. Before attending Cal Poly Humboldt, I acquired an Associate in Computer Science from the Los Rios Community College District.Most recently I and another student from my Capstone project group were hired by the Cal Poly Humboldt Library to further develop our program into a stable version to be distributed to other libraries. While working on the program I created a workflow that reduced the time to process documents by 75%.From May to July of 2023 I participated in a Research Experience for Undergraduates program, during which we built a lightweight drone simulator in Python. The project resulted in a published paper describing how the program works and how it could be used for further research.
