Windows server hardening and upgrades. Network wide vital signs monitoring e.g. disk space, processor, network overload & unusual underload etc. Network architecture and security. Linux server setup and deployment. Vulnerability remediation. Virtualization administration. Disaster recovery. AntiVirus and Patch management systems maintenance.

Contracted to several charter schools which needed support for machine rebuilds, virus removals and server maintenance. We served as these schools IT departments taking care of all of their incidental issues.

At UNM ITS I was a first level triage agent who interacted with faculty, staff and students for the services that UNM's campus wide IT department provided. The typical task was to receive calls or walk ins and create tickets based on their issue and then send this to the proper subdepartment based on the org hierarchy for different issues. I also was an authorized agent for account verification and thus password resets and account unlocks.
