Repo sinks for an acute care walk in clinic as well as occupational medicine for the employee. Had a large administrative role supporting Novartis management. Drafted SOP’s and made revisions, managed spreadsheet’s and employee health surveillance .key role/position in management of the workplace Covid cases to include: diagnosis and examination, isolation and quarantine, contact tracing and treatment, and return to work. First Assist hand specialty and total joint surgeon (knees/hips). Walk-in ortho urgent care provider. Furloughed due to COVID-19

Provider at 5 different locations (rotating) started per diem, then transitioned to full-time in 2018-2019 before returning to per diem. (Status change when I left to ortho surgery for more orthopedic experience) was discussing returning to full time in 2020, when Covid pandemic caused furloughs in this positions and the orthopedic positions. Excellent work atmosphere, good experience as a solo practitioner in 4/5 locations. Great experience in the main Urgent Care as a team of two providers

Tops Ranch Medical Clinic was a satellite clinic of Carson Valley Medical Center. Located 35-50 minutes south of Carson Valley, near Topaz Lake, Nevada. This was a Rural Health Center classified as “Internal Medicine” but was more of a family practice. I worked as a solo practitioner with one MA and a patient access rep. Patient base was a mix of retired/disabled/migrant farmers/local ranchers and family/ex-con ABOUT 80%medicare and an even split between the remaining. 20% being Medicaid and or private insurance

Split time between an RHC (Sierra Family Medicine) and a Frontier Clinic in Bridgeport CA (the most remote city in CA). In Sierra FM I worked with a team of 3-4 other providers throughout the day. Expected to see about 8-10 patients daily, typically low acuity one issue basically a same-day acute care. The physicians generally handled the chronic care.I’m Bridgeport I was solo practicing a complex, low income, elderly population. This included mostly Medi/Medi insured, some IHS patients from a local reservation, and anything else that drive through. We were the only clinic/healthcare facility for over 50 miles (the closest being Mammoth Hospital RHC. I also was responsible for “sick call” at Mono a county Jail (a five minute walk from clinic) every day from 1:00 until all were seen. Multiple medical emergencies, (animal bites, MI, CVA, CHF, CPR) occurred in town and the Sheriff requested my response. Helicopter transports on multiple occasions were necessary.
