Rapid Response Manager
• Dealing with and delegating support (Customer Defect) issues across the company, this includes the Cape Town, AMEA and APAC team. • Dealing with the non-billable and billable development and QA teams to arrange defects to be fixed, tested in QA, checked in to TFS and eventually deployed in the production environments, through the use of Atlassian Jira/Confluence • Work closely with the VP of Customer Success and Operations to arrange and track efficient major version deploys. • Managing the development team’s tasks/tickets in Jira to maintain constant flow of attention on Rapid Response items (escalations) • Deal with the Customer Success Managers and the Support team to prioritize client items and arrange feedback to client. • Arrange for operational dashboards in Jira for statistical purposes on the team’s monthly progress. • Daily stand-ups with Global team to arrange efficient handover on important issues • Management responsibilities such as hiring new staff, leave requests, timesheet approval etc.

All software that I roll out at our major clients goes through a full QA process, which involves duplication of the Production environment and rigorous testing of the application. This application testing is done manually, in a ‘real life QA’ environment. •SQL 2005, 2008, 2012, 2016/R2 installations and running of scripts (Custom reports, hotfixes, triggers, updates) basic scripting on QA and Live Environment •IIS website publishing and FTP setup and management•Installation of Software on users machines, cross platform Windows and MAC •Training given to users on Chase Programme (one on one and large groups of 50+) •Financial Forecast setup, Timesheets, Quoting, Billing, Reporting •Daily visits to Clients(advertising agencies) for support on Chase as well as regular backups and maintenance
