As the data support specialist, it is up to me to pull/run reports for other employees, and executive team members throughout the day. I handle daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including sales reports, and do most of this through Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Excel. In addition to my main duties, I assist with accounting, such as accounts payable and receivable, and slight IT work, such as setting up new computers and assisting the team with other issues they may be having with their computers/devices.

JGB Enterprises is a high quality assembler and supplier of industrial and hydraulic hoses and hose accessories. My job at JGB is as a government billing clerk. My daily duties include proofing government contracts, and other government sales orders, invoicing orders after they have been shipped, and billing/invoicing government contract orders (using Anzio), and inputting the invoices into an online portal (iRAPT, WAWF). Smaller duties that I take part in throughout the day, if my main duties are completed, include entering Amazon invoices, and other specific commercial invoices, into an online portal, and scanning previously entered government invoices into the shared company drive. With the high volume of work that comes through the billing department, I have gained a greater ability to work in a fast paced, high volume and high stress environment.

C.R. Fletcher is a hiring agency that hires workers for temporary assignments. Through C.R. Fletcher I was given a temporary assignment at JGB Enterprises under a 90 day contract. I was bought out of my contract before the end of the term and hired full time at JGB on July 18, 2016.

Auxiliary Services at SUNY Oswego encompasses many jobs, mainly for students of SUNY Oswego. These jobs include, but are not limited to, the dining halls, catering, and other food services across the campus. I have worked three different jobs with Auxiliary Services in my time at SUNY Oswego. The first job that I worked was for the concession stand at the hockey arena. At this job, it was my duty to run the fryer to makes fries and other fried products. I was also responsible for cleaning my station after my shift, and helping with anyone else's station after I had finished with mine. The second job that I held was in catering. For catering, I helped cater different events all around campus by doing things such as setting tables, serving food, and cleaning up and breaking down the events after they had ended. The third job I held was in Littlepage Dining Hall. At this location it was my duty to work as a team with my coworkers and do my designated assignment for that day. These assignments may include serving food, dish room, or working on the deli.

NAPA Auto Parts is an auto parts store that provides automotive replacement parts, accessories, and services in North America. As a warehouse worker for NAPA, it was my duty to stock freight that was shipped in, pull/ship orders that customers placed, and to work as a team with my other coworkers to achieve these goals every day. Working at NAPA has also given me a greater understanding of Inventory Management/Control as the warehouse that I worked in must maintain an inventory accuracy of 97% or higher.

Adecco is a temp agency who help get many people temporary work or even full time positions. During my time at Adecco, I worked at many different places. Most of my work was in warehouses or factories. One such job was helping a company move from one warehouse to another. This job included cleaning the old and new warehouse, removing all inventory from the old warehouse to be shipped to the new one, and helping load trucks to ship freight to other warehouses and customers. At this specific warehouse, I also helped with counting inventory. Another job that I held was helping a window company, ACE Windows, move out of their current location. One of the jobs I worked most frequently at was a robotics testing facility where a group of people and I would run products through different machines to demonstrate them to potential buyers.

Family Medicine Associates is a doctor’s office that provides health care to their patients. During my time at Family Medicine Associates, I was summer help. My job was to organize health records and files at a separate location from the main building. I worked in Family Medicine Associates old office in the basement and was tasked with organizing thousands of medical files alphabetically and condense them into as few boxes as I could. This job definitely gave me a better sense of time management and proved to me how organized I can be.

McDonald's is a fast food restaurant that aims to provide fast service, great tasting food, and great customer satisfaction. My job duties here included working on the grill, working the fryers, and working on the assembly table where all the food is put together for customers. This was my first job and it taught me the importance of time management and working on a team, as well as handling a large workload in a fast paced environment.
