I have been working in many different environments with different people since I was a 7th grader. Started out detasseling corn in the summer, followed by working at A&W as a freshman. I then moved onto landscaping for the last 4 years in the summer and have worked my way up to being a crew foreman. I am responsible for managing the crew members to make sure the job is done efficiently and safely. Our crew works with heavy machinery which is used to make patios, Boulder walls, and sometimes completely renovating backyards. Being a foreman has taught me how to not only be a manager but a leader of the people I work with.
