As a Wicket Software ambassador, I helped many Cleveland Browns fans learn and use the newer technology. We used facial recognition devices to help fans scan their tickets and skip the long lines. Every game day, I was outside the stadium assisting fans in signing up, explaining the software, answering questions, making the line flow, and directing people where they needed to go. During the game, my colleagues and I would go to each device and get feedback on how well it worked and if any help was needed. We also set up and tore down the devices when it was time.

This internship entails setup, supervise, and make sure that the athletic event that I am assigned to runs smoothly. I am put in charge of making sure the away team and officials get settled in and take care of anything they may need. During the event I do anything asked of me while making sure the fans enjoy the game.

With the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission I worked in their Sports and Events team. I was mainly assigned to the Pan American Masters Games, a Olympics style event for athletes 30 and up, where I was in charge of soccer operations. I was tasked with building event plans, venue maps, athlete socials, and executing the tournament style event for over 200 athletes and personnel from all over the world. Ensuring each athlete was satisfied with their sporting experience and the city of Cleveland as a whole.

With the Columbus Crew, I am assisting fans with their ticket issues and questions. This job includes directing fans to the correct gate, pulling up their tickets if they’re having trouble, helping fans with credentials, and assisting anyone working the ticket gates. This allows for lines to run smoother and overall improves customer satisfaction.

At QTSD I am in charge of coaching kids of all ages the fundamentals of soccer in an inclusive environment. This helps keep the kids engaged while learning how to improve their soccer skills to better themselves down the road.

With Delaware Rising FC I have been attending designated community events to promote awareness of the brand in the Delaware area. Recruiting and managing volunteers for game day activies. Organizing game day stats and information for distribution to media. Collaborating with the sponsorship department in activating contract deliverables and researching new sponsorship opportunities. Sharing regular posts on the club’s social media profiles. And growing the brands outreach to bring in awareness of the club and what it stands for.

I also worked in the convention center, ensuring that the games and booths ran smoothly and would help if needed. Lastly, I worked as the "Green Team," picking up trash during and after the games to help reduce the trash left behind after.
