• Supporting the team in a fast-paced and busy environment across multiple departments including working on the front desk, selling tickets, assisting in the café and calling bingo in-house and linked• Providing high quality service skills to ensure each customer felt valued throughout their visit

• Working independently to plan, prepare and deliver teaching sessions• Monitoring and evaluating sessions and own performance to ensure constant improvement• Managing and motivating participants through effective communication• Learning scientific and practical principles of swimming as well as appropriate teaching methods
