As a Construction Manager I was the lead on 30+ conversion of Zoe’s Kitchen into Cava Grills. Responsible to the management of general contractors, owner provided vendors, scheduling and sequencing of Owner vendors, reviewing and approving pay applications and change orders, creating RFQs for bid, reviewing of general contractor bids as well as other vendors. Enforcement of entitlement mandates and compliance with local codes and ordnances.Currently as a project manager I am managing the ground up construction of a major retail restaurant chain as well as an TI project for the same brand.

Established rental rate by surveying local rental rates; calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals. Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies; obtaining referrals from current tenants; explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.Tenant Build-outs:In addition to leasing I am also responsible for the managing of tenant build-outs and remodels. Creating space plans, collecting pricing with detailed analysis, and managing construction using my professional knowledge gained I am able to implement value engineering and project management to ensure our tenants are delivered a space that is functional and pleasing ascetically.

As a construction manager I was tasked with the management of remodeling of McDonald's in the south Texas region. Focusing on the interior of the restaurants my current responsibilities Include: Managing general contractors, Coordinating the delivery of specialty items from several vendors, & maintaining project budgets(including review of bid proposals, processing of change orders, and approval and review of pay draws and POs.).
